Single-origin Brazil coffee processed as pulped natural, roasted as an omni-roast with a medium profile. The cup shows medium body and gentle acidity with tasting notes of hazelnut, milk chocolate and raisin, suited for both espresso and filter preparations.
Rosslyn Coffee was founded in 2018 by Mat Russell and James Hennebry, two hospitality professionals from Australia and Ireland respectively. Built for speed without cutting corners, Rosslyn has become known for serving a high volume of drinks while maintaining consistency, attention to detail, and a genuinely welcoming service style. Alongside a rotating line-up of respected guest roasters, they also offer house coffees developed to work particularly as black, with milk and as filter. The focus has always been on doing the fundamentals well, even at pace.
