Churupampa is a washed, single-origin coffee from Peru with tasting notes of Graham cracker, honey, and jasmine. Origin: Cajamarca region (San Ignacio area), produced by the Tocto Brothers at Finca Churupampa. It is offered as a medium roast for espresso or filter brewing, with a suggested 16:1 water-to-coffee ratio.
Canyon Coffee was founded in 2016 by the husband-and-wife team of Casey Wojtalewicz and Ally Walsh, who shared a passion for how coffee brought people together. They started by roasting beans for themselves and their friends, which eventually blossomed into a full-fledged business.
