This 100% Arabica coffee is sourced from the Cau Dat region in Lam Dong, Vietnam. It is processed using the fully washed method, which involves washing and fermenting the beans before drying them on racks to ensure a stable flavor profile. The coffee offers a balanced cup with tasting notes of nutty, sugarcane, and apple, characterized by a light aroma and bright acidity. It is roasted to a medium level, making it suitable for both espresso machines and filter brewing methods.
The Married Beans is a specialty coffee producer and roastery based in Đà Lạt, Vietnam, founded in 2015, with a focus on vertically integrated production from farm to finished coffee. They collaborate with more than 60 local farmers across approximately 150 hectares to produce high-quality Arabica coffee.
