This coffee is a single origin from Boquete, Panama grown by Jose Vallejo at 1550 MASL. The Catuaí variety is processed using a meticulous double-phase anaerobic natural method with rehydration and extended sun drying. The roast is filter with a medium body and a flavor profile featuring black cherry, purple grape, mango, passion fruit, pineapple, panela, and caramel with citric acidity and a long, clean finish.
