Molla is a naturally processed Ethiopian specialty coffee from the Sidama region, specifically the Arbegona district at 1980–2080 meters altitude. Sourced from smallholder farms (0.5–3 hectares) using organic traditional methods surrounded by native forest. The coffee features heirloom varietals, with 74158 being the most common. The cup profile offers caramel sweetness, crisp green apple acidity, and delicate candied almond notes.
