This specialty coffee originates from the Muyinga province in northern Burundi, grown on volcanic soil at altitudes between 1500-1700 meters above sea level. The Red Bourbon variety undergoes washed processing at the Karira Washing Station, sourced from small family-owned plantations. The coffee features a clean and sweet flavor profile with tasting notes of honey, elderberry, and grapefruit.
