Brazil Santos from the Minas Gerais region in southeastern Brazil, grown at altitudes between 800 and 1,300 meters. Naturally processed by sun-drying whole coffee cherries, allowing natural sugars to develop. Part of the Sweet City series, this dark-roasted espresso coffee features a rich body and low acidity. Flavor profile includes bitter chocolate, lightly roasted nuts, dried fruit, and peanuts — a sweet, balanced cup suitable for espresso, moka pot, French press, and automatic machines.
Founded in 2010 by brothers Martin and Karel Kozl in Liberec, Nordbeans has become a major supplier for Czech businesses including the renowned Ambiente restaurant group. They operate three cafes and a bakery famous for their artisan bread in Liberec. The family roastery recently traveled to Guatemala with partners to visit coffee farmers, producing a limited batch of Orange Bourbon coffee from the trip.
