This coffee is produced at Sítio Balaio, a family-owned farm in Pedralva, Sul de Minas, Brazil. Grown at an altitude of 1000-1300 meters, this coffee features the Arara variety. It is processed using a full fermentation method with the cherry skin intact. The flavor profile is sweet and full-bodied, characterized by notes of blackberry, papaya, and nectarine. This light roast offers a silky texture and high cup quality, reflecting the favorable microclimate of the region.
