The Good Coffee Cartel

About This Coffee

This coffee features the Aramosa variety, a rare cross of Arabica and Racemosa, grown at 1000-1150 meters on the Rio Brilhante farm in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Produced by the Urban family on their multi-generation operation, the coffee is naturally low in caffeine at 0.7-0.8%, approximately half the caffeine of regular coffee. Cherries are hand-picked and hand-sorted, then undergo 36 hours of fermentation before drying on patios for 15 days using natural processing. The cup profile offers floral aromatics and bright citrus notes with flavor notes of macadamia, milk chocolate, and blackberry.
