This coffee is from the Fazenda Sertão plantation located in the Carmo de Minas region of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The plantation is owned by Nazareth Dias Peireira, whose husband left dentistry studies to cultivate coffee with her. The coffee plants grow on hillsides with appropriate slopes to protect them from frost. Grown at altitudes between 1100-1450 meters above sea level. The variety is Yellow Bourbon, processed using the natural method. Flavor profile features black currant and dark chocolate notes. SCA score of 84 points.
