This coffee comes from Fazenda Dutra in São João do Manhuaçu, Minas Gerais, Brazil. It is a Catuai Amarelo lot processed naturally—patio-dried with mucilage intact—and grown at 700–1300 meters. Tasting notes emphasize caramel, roasted almonds, and mild citrus acidity. It is offered as whole beans and in multiple grind options for various brewing methods.
Yew Meng, an engineer by training, began roasting in 2016 and opened Reframe Coffee Roasters in Penang's industrial Bayan Lepas district as a nano-roastery. In 2019, Yew Meng won the International Coffee Roast Master Championship Malaysia.
