Brasil Doce Samba is a single-origin coffee from the Cerrado Mineiro region in Minas Gerais, Brazil, grown at an altitude of 900–1100 meters. This 100% Arabica coffee consists of Mundo Novo and Catuai varieties and is processed using the natural method. It features a flavor profile of chocolate, hazelnut, and caramel, characterized by low acidity, full body, and a velvety texture. It is particularly well-suited for espresso preparation.
Kolna Roastery is a family run operation set in a converted agricultural barn in Lhota, near Benešov, in the Czech countryside. The founders chose to preserve the character of the historic structure while building a modern roasting facility inside it. They offer a broad selection of specialty coffees, from espresso blends with rich chocolate tones to single origins with bright, fruity profiles. The roastery reflects a philosophy rooted in deep coffee knowledge and a connection to the rural landscape that surrounds it.
