The variety is MGS Paraíso 2, processed naturally with 90 hours of aerobic fermentation in GrainPro bags and dried on African beds for 28 days. Flavor notes include pineapple, oak brandy, coconut, and grenadine. Available in both espresso and filter roast profiles.
