This coffee comes from New Caledonia at 400 meters altitude, grown in a lush orchard north of Nouméa by the Calvet family. The Bourbon Pointu grows under the shade of fruit trees. The harvest and cherry sorting are done entirely by hand at the family farm. The variety is Laurina, a naturally low-caffeine coffee. The cup profile features soft, chocolatey accents with flavor notes of red fruits, vanilla, cocoa, and caramel.
