This Ethiopian coffee is a natural process specialty coffee from the Ayla washing station in the Sidamo region. Grown at an altitude of 1,950 to 2,000 meters, it consists of JARC 74110 and JARC 74158 varieties. The flavor profile features notes of blueberry, milk chocolate, date, candied fruit, pomegranate, and hops, characterized by a creamy body and juicy acidity.
