Bolivia - Waliki Coconatural

Wes Ngopi

About This Coffee

Waliki is a farm managed by the Rodriguez Family in Bolinda, Caranavi, Bolivia at 1720 meters altitude. This Geisha variety coffee uses the innovative CocoNatural process, where ripe cherries are dried on African raised beds for approximately one week, then transferred to a Coco dryer operating at 40°C for 35 hours with regular turning. The slow maturation at this altitude creates higher sugar concentration. Tasting notes include Wakayama peach, jasmine, blueberry, bergamot, and orange blossom with a refined, elegant profile.
