This Gesha micro-lot comes from Las Alasitas farm in Bolinda, Caranavi, La Paz region of Bolivia, owned by the Rodriguez family. The farm is located on a steep mountain valley at 1600-1650 meters elevation. The coffee undergoes a washed process with controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 48 hours, with mossto yeast and bacteria inoculation, followed by 110 hour guardiola drum drying finished in coco dryers to 11.5% moisture. The Gesha variety delivers flavor notes of honey, jasmine, fruit tea, and lavender. This coffee is roasted specifically for filter brewing methods.
