About This Coffee

This Geisha coffee comes from Las Alasitas farm in Bolinda, Caranavi, Bolivia, planted in 2014 at 1,700 meters elevation. The coffee undergoes a unique hybrid process: ripe cherries are depulped with mucilage retained (honey method), then subjected to 72-hour anaerobic fermentation in stainless steel tanks before washing and drying at 40°C. Flavor notes include blueberry, white peach, lemon custard, with jasmine, bergamot, and yuzu providing brightness and aromatic lift.
