This espresso blend features a base of washed Mexican Panelita coffee, known for its clean and balanced character, combined with El Diviso Ombligon from Colombia, a rare variety. The result is an intensely complex and dynamic espresso experience. The coffee offers a flavor profile characterized by notes of truffle chocolate, raisin, and cinnamon. It is roasted to a medium-dark level and is specifically recommended for espresso brewing. Each bag includes an NFC CoffeeSense tag for use with Meraki espresso machines.
