About This Coffee

A single origin coffee from Buena Vista Farm in Risaralda, Colombia, produced by Juan D Gallego (Don Gallego / Agroindustrias Gallego SAS). The Castillo Rosario variety is grown at 1,810–1,940 masl and harvested in October 2021. Processed using the Bioreactor Anaerobic Washed method — aerobic fermentation in a hopper for 24 hours, followed by washed pulping and anaerobic fermentation in a bioreactor for 58 hours. Medium roast with tasting notes of blackberry, caramel, red apple, citrus, and chocolate. Cup score: 85.00. Suitable for both filter and espresso.
