This coffee is grown and processed by farmer Betu in Maejantai village, Chiang Rai, Thailand, at an altitude of 1,300 meters. The coffee is grown alongside temperate fruits like peaches, plums, and cherries, as well as wild forest trees. It is a washed process coffee, resulting in a flavor profile characterized by notes of sage, pear, and stone fruit. This light roast coffee offers a clean and bright cup profile.
