This coffee originates from Baarbara Estate in the foothills of Baba Budangiri, India. The beans undergo a unique aging process where they are rested in whiskey barrels for nearly four months, allowing them to absorb the oak's character while maintaining their own identity. This medium roast offers a complex profile with tasting notes of red plum, whiskey oak, ripe banana, and cocoa. It features wine-like aromas, a hint of sweet cardamom, and a lingering Irish cream finish.
