Grown at approximately 1,780 meters altitude by producer Roberto Brenes of the Brenes-Eleta family, this coffee undergoes washed anaerobic processing. The beans present an elegant cup profile with jasmine floral aromatics, bright acidity, and layered fruit character featuring longan and yuzu notes.
