This Ethiopia coffee is grown in the Bonke/Busa region (Kochore area) at 2000–2100m. Produced by Assefa Korma, it is a washed Ethiopian Heirloom coffee with flavor notes including caramel, pecan, grapefruit, honeydew, and black tea, described as bright and clean.

Geoff Polci, a certified Q Grader whose coffee journey spans two decades, founded Stereo Coffee Roasters in Toronto in June 2018. Polci first roasted coffee in 2004 at a restaurant in Costa Rica and went on to run a series of cafes and co own another roasting company before launching Stereo.
