Arufa Natural is a naturally processed coffee from the Western Highlands of Papua New Guinea, grown by smallholder farmers. It features a blend of Arusha, Bourbon, and Blue Mountain varieties with tasting notes of vanilla cream, cherry, milk chocolate, tropical fruit, and complex florals. The coffee is sun-dried over about a month, resulting in a vibrant cup with a red fruit finish.
