Anthem is a natural-processed Gesha from Panama, grown in the Volcán and Boquete regions of Chiriquí at about 1,850 msl. It is produced by Jamison Savage/Savage Coffees and features the Gesha variety. The coffee is dried on raised beds for an extended period to preserve jasmine florals, tropical fruit notes, and a silky texture, with a long finish.
