The farm is family-owned and led by Eugene "Don Gene" Altieri. The Geisha variety is grown in rich volcanic soil with a unique microclimate. The natural process involves handpicking only the ripest cherries, which are dried whole on raised beds under carefully controlled conditions. The coffee features bright notes of blueberry and tropical fruits, complemented by delicate floral aromatics and smooth honeyed sweetness, with lively acidity and refined body.
