This coffee is grown in the village of Bombe, Bensa, Ethiopia. It is a washed coffee of the JARC 74158 variety, processed without fermentation to preserve the purity of the terroir. The beans are dried on African beds for 12 days. This coffee offers a refined and elegant cup profile with distinct notes of jasmine, white peach, and sencha tea, characterized by a clean and balanced acidity.
