This coffee is a special variety known as SCATH01, sourced from the farm of Ader in the Maejantai village of Thailand. Grown at an altitude of 1,300 to 1,350 meters, this coffee is processed using the natural method. It features a distinct flavor profile characterized by notes of salak (snake fruit), fruit jelly, rose, and butterfly lily. This light roast coffee offers a unique floral and fruity experience.
