This coffee is a special variety known as SCATH01, cultivated by farmer Ader in Maejantai, Thailand. Grown at an altitude of 1,300 to 1,350 meters, this lot is processed using the natural method. The cup profile features distinct notes of salak (snake fruit), fruit jelly, rose, and butterfly lily. It is roasted to a light level, highlighting its delicate floral and fruity characteristics.
