A.M. Rescue is a light–medium breakfast blend of beans from Costa Rica and Brazil. The coffee combines Red and Yellow Catuai varieties, processed as Red Honey and Natural, grown at approximately 1200–1900 masl. Tasting notes list Honey Nut, Milk Chocolate, and Caramel; the roast profile is light to medium, suitable for a range of brew methods.
Founded in 2015 by Khanh Trang and Trey Cobb in the Texas Hill Country, Greater Goods emerged when the wife-and-husband team decided to follow their dreams and palates to create a woman-owned roasting company with purpose. Their custom roast profiles elevate natural coffee characteristics from sparkling acidity to brown sugar sweetness, while maintaining longterm relationships with farmers through premium pricing.
