Founded in 2020 by Margus Varvas and Kristel Parts, Paper Mill is a specialty coffee roaster located in a historic former fire station in Tallinn. They brought their experience from London's coffee scene back to Estonia with a mission to elevate the local standard. Their roasting philosophy is to use a light touch to let the coffee's unique origin, region, and variety truly shine.
