Zanya is a single-origin Vietnam coffee from Lam Dong Province, produced by Zanya Coffee (Marián and Lim). The lot is double washed and grown at 1500–1650 masl. Varieties listed are Catimor, Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra. Tasting notes include maple, umeboshi, and port wine, producing a smooth, layered cup that is clean and bright.
Founded in 2015 by Khanh Trang and Trey Cobb in the Texas Hill Country, Greater Goods emerged when the wife-and-husband team decided to follow their dreams and palates to create a woman-owned roasting company with purpose. Their custom roast profiles elevate natural coffee characteristics from sparkling acidity to brown sugar sweetness, while maintaining longterm relationships with farmers through premium pricing.
