This coffee is produced by Mount Sunzu Coffee in Mbala, Zambia, at an altitude of 1600 meters. It is a Starmaya variety processed using a washed method, where cherries are pulped and dry fermented for 24 hours before being dried on raised beds for 10 days. The flavor profile features notes of brown sugar, cocoa, and orange. This coffee is roasted to a light/medium level and is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.
