A single origin washed coffee from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, produced by farmer Esrael Degfa of Kerchanshe Coffee. Grown at highland altitudes between 1800–2200 masl, this Ethiopian Heirloom varietal offers a bright, tea-like drinking experience. Tasting notes include pomelo, Earl Grey tea, purple grape, and cashew. Roasted light/medium and suitable for both filter and espresso brewing. Cup score: 86.75.
