Noble Coffee Roasting

About This Coffee

Noble Coffee Roasting sources this blend from four origins: Brazil's Sete Marias, Ethiopia's Kayon Mountain, Mexico's Ki-Saya, and Bali's Kintamani region. The combination of natural, washed, and wet-hulled processing methods brings together the chocolate and hazelnut base of the Brazilian and Indonesian components with the winey fruit character of the Ethiopian lot. The Mexican coffee adds structure and balance, tying the blend together with vanilla and cinnamon aromatics and a finish that leans toward spiced cacao.
