This single-origin Tanzanian coffee is aged in a wine barrel to impart wine-like aromatics. Barrel sourced from Seguin Moreau Cooperage and used once for 26 months, allowing notes such as baking spices, vanilla, blackberry, green tea, lime, chocolate, and vanilla to infuse the bean after soaking up aromatics pre-roasting.
