This blend combines Bettadakhan Arabica with Canephora, both from India and prepared by farmer Jakob Mammen. The blend uses fully washed and natural processing methods. The Arabica component is Jakob's Selection Nine variety. Features flavor notes of hazelnut, cardamom, and banana. This espresso-focused coffee offers full body, nice crema, and balanced sweetness without being overpowering. Performs well in milk drinks.
