This Pink Bourbon is a washed, clean, floral Colombian coffee from Juan Jimenez Peña and Leidy Jimenez at Finca El Porvenir in Santa Bárbara, Palestina, Huila, Colombia. It features a profile with white tea florals, melon, honey sweetness, and bright citrus acidity, finishing with pink grapefruit. Cherries are selectively harvested, depulped, washed, and dried on raised beds for about twenty days.
