Wallabout is a Brazil + Mexico blend from Espírito Santo and Veracruz, composed of Catuaí, Mundo Novo, Sarchimor, and Yellow Caturra varieties. Roasted to emphasize sweetness, it presents chocolate, molasses, toffee, and brown sugar notes with a rich, sweet body particularly suited to espresso.
