A washed coffee sourced from the Ruta del Café in the Córdoba region of Veracruz, Mexico, at 1,189 meters above sea level. This coffee is a blend of Bourbon (48%), Catimor (48%), and Sarchimor (4%) varietals, collected from small coffee-growing communities including Ixhuatlán, Ojo de Agua, Rancho San Lucas, and Paredones. Produced by committed smallholder farmers with limited access to modern technology and dry processing facilities. Roasted by Tostadora de Cafés Extraordinarios.
