This coffee is a micro lot from the Mbata community in the Bwesumbu County of Uganda, grown at an altitude of 1,900 meters near the Rwenzori Mountains. The beans are handpicked, depulped, and washed before being dried on raised beds. This process results in a clean and expressive cup with distinct flavor notes of marzipan and cranberry. The coffee is produced through a collaborative program focused on education and quality control.
