A single origin anaerobic natural processed coffee from the Hamasho area in the Sidama region of Ethiopia, produced by Daye Bensa Coffee. Hamasho is a highland area in Southern Sidama known for high-quality coffee. The variety is Ethiopian Heirloom, grown at 2230 meters above sea level. Harvested in February 2024, this light/medium roast is specifically roasted for filter brewing. It is rich, fruit-forward, and citrusy, with a cup score of 90.25 and a multi-layer finish.
