This natural-processed coffee is produced by Tigist Abyot in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. Grown at 1,800 meters above sea level, this Kurume variety coffee is sun-dried on raised beds. The cup profile features vibrant notes of stone fruit, blood orange, and honey, complemented by soft jasmine aromatics and a clean, tea-like finish. This coffee offers an elegant balance of ripe fruit sweetness and floral clarity, reflecting the high elevation and fertile soils of its origin.
