About This Coffee

This year-round offering from the Asorcafé producer cooperative in Inzá, Colombia, comes from a group of 300 producers. The coffee is sourced through Caravela and grown at elevations between 1700-2000 meters above sea level. Caturra and Typica varieties are washed processed. The region has only recently flourished due to lessening tensions between the government and FARC rebels. The coffee is super sweet, clean, and complex.
