This blend brings together Catimor from Điện Biên in Northwest Vietnam with lots from Peru and Costa Rica, spanning seven varieties including Typica, Bourbon, Caturra, Pache, Marshell and F1 hybrids. The result is a versatile coffee built for both espresso and filter: brewed black it offers fruity brightness with orange, almond and dark chocolate; with milk it shifts toward milk chocolate, almond and salted caramel.
