This is a French roast blend consisting of Brasilien Fazenda IP, Colombia Finca La Sierra, and Indien Robusta Kappi Royal. The coffee features an extremely strong, bittersweet flavor profile with a slightly burnt character typical of French roast. The beans are glossy as the oils have been brought to the surface during the intense roasting process. The roast produces a powerful, dark coffee ideal for Café Au Lait.
