This is a single origin Ethiopian coffee developed in collaboration with Propaganda. The coffee exhibits complex stone fruit notes that evolve depending on extraction technique and time post-roast. Initial bright notes of apricot and cherry transform to peach and plum as the coffee rests. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
