This experimental natural Rwandan coffee is sourced from Gasharu farms in the Nyamasheke region at an altitude of 1750 meters. The coffee is of the Bourbon variety and undergoes an anaerobic natural processing method. It features a flavor profile characterized by notes of tropical fruits, ripe fruits, and cocoa nibs. This harvest is noted for its clean cup profile.
