This CM Washed lot is sourced from the Thageini wet mill in Nyeri County, Kenya, operated by the Aguthi Farmer's Co-operative Society. Grown at an altitude of 1650-1800 meters, this coffee consists of a mix of SL28 and SL34 varieties. It undergoes a Carbonic Maceration Washed process, resulting in a flavor profile characterized by ripe citrus acidity, fresh apricot, and a subtle lemongrass finish. This selection is the result of a collaborative project focused on infrastructure and processing innovation.
